Online Return and Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, that is why we offer our customers a 14 day refund policy on online orders. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, feel free to send it back to us (valid only for shipments made in Canada, US orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges).

Purchases made online may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 14 days of receiving the item(s). PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise for return must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging. In order to maintain our everyday low prices, Laco Sac Boutique does not accept returns on items that are not sealed in their original packaging as we cannot simply send them back to the manufacturer for credit.

Items purchased online may not be returned in store.

In order to return a product, you must obtain a return authorization number. To do so, please email with the following information:

Subject line: Return Authorization Number

Body of e-mail: Please include your full name, order number and reason for return request. We may ask that you send us images to go along with your claim. 

Please note that items returned with no return authorization number will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs associated with the return are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item was purchased during a free shipping promotion, the cost of the initial shipment (lowest ground service cost) will be deducted from the refund - given the differing size of the products Laco Sac carries this amount can vary ($15.00 +). Please note: shipping larger items (Luggage) can result in higher shipping charges. If your item was never picked up and returned to us, it will be treated in the same way as a standard return.

However, in the event that we have shipped an incorrect item, Laco Sac Boutique will be responsible to cover shipping and handling costs.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please note: by simply sending an item back, we do not guarantee a refund or replacement. Free shipping promotions will still be subject to shipping and handling fees in the event of a return.

Refunds may take up to 14 days.

Shipping Returns

When your return authorization number is issued you will also be e-mailed the shipping details (including address) for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Customers returning an item are required to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in order to ensure we receive your returned item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as travel accessories, electronics, travel pillows etc. are FINAL SALE.

Cancel an order

As long as your order is pending, you may cancel the order. If changes need to be made we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Email us at Once an order has been processed, our standard return and refund policy applies.


If you choose to add a backordered item to your order, Laco Sac Boutique will determine how to proceed with that particular order depending on the size and weight of the backordered item(s):

  1. In most cases, the full amount of the order will be charged and all of the items, minus the backordered item will be shipped out according to our regular schedule. Through email, we will provide you with an ETA for the backordered item and ship that item out once it becomes available at the later date. There will be no additional shipping costs.
  2. If the backordered item is a large or heavy item, and affects the shipping cost dramatically, Laco Sac Boutique will wait until the backordered product is back in stock. At that point, we will proceed to charge and ship the full order.

Laco Sac Boutique diligently tries to avoid any and all backorders and we update our website daily to keep our customers informed of any products that are currently unavailable.There may however, be the rare occasion that an item listed as "in stock" is incredibly popular and therefore sells out fast. In this case, any customer who purchases an item online that has recently gone out of stock will receive a timely email notification providing the customer with these options:

  1. Proceed with one of the two options above
  2. Remove the backordered item and proceed with the rest of the order (We will automatically adjust the pricing and shipping to reflect the changes made to the order).
  3. Leave the order pending until all items are in stock, at which point we will contact you to see if you would still like to proceed with the order.
  4. Cancel the order. 

We will try our best to provide an ETA on backordered items but unfortunately it is not always possible to provide an exact date for the arrival of the out of stock item(s).


Laco Sac Boutique is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty repairs or replacements. Customers have to contact the manufacturers directly for warranty coverage.

Brick and Mortar Return Policy:

Items purchased at Laco Sac and LS Leather brick-and-mortar stores are subject to different return policies and regulations than  Items purchased in store are exchangeable for 14 days post purchase, as long as they are in new condition, with tags still attached and in the case of luggage, wheels still in prime condition. Items purchased in stores are non-refundable.

If a customer is not ready to exchange a product, then a credit note can be issued to use at a later date. Credit notes are valid at any brick-mortar location, however not useable online at

For hygienic reasons all travel pillows are final sale.

Any travel accessory with open, broken or damaged packaging is not eligible for return or exchange.

Evening purses and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

A product is only eligible for a one time exchange, once an item is exchanged for another, or a credit note is used, the new item is considered a FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

If an item is used, worn, or in any way damaged, Laco Sac reserves the right to refuse an exchange or issuing of a credit note.
